We offer personalized travel planning, flight bookings, hotel reservations, vacation packages, cruises, guided tours, travel insurance, visa guidance, and customized itineraries for leisure and business travelers.

Q: Do you charge a consultation or planning fee?

While your initial 15-minute consultation is complimentary, we charge a flat planning fee of $100 for our travel planning services and $200 for multiple countries itinerrary. This fee covers personalized destination research, a custom itinerary designed around your preferences, logistical coordination, and ongoing support during your trip should any unexpected issues or travel disruptions arise. All our service fees are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Q: Can you customize my itinerary?

Yes! Every itinerary can be tailored to your interests, schedule, budget, and travel preferences.

Q: Do you assist with visa requirements?

Yes. We provide guidance on visa requirements and the documentation needed for your destination. We can assist you in understanding the application process and preparing the required documents; however, the approval or denial of a visa is solely at the discretion of the visa officer reviewing your application. As such, we cannot guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Unless otherwise arranged, travelers are responsible for submitting their visa applications and obtaining the necessary travel documents.

Q: What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you need to cancel or modify your trip after bookings have been made, any refunds or credits will be subject to the cancellation and refund policies of the airlines, hotels, tour operators, cruise lines, or other travel suppliers involved. We will do our best to assist you with cancellations, changes, and refund requests, but we cannot guarantee refunds or waive supplier-imposed fees.

Hosted group trips are professionally planned and structured travel experiences designed to take the stress out of organizing your vacation. The Northern Lights are a sightseeing and a natural random phenomenon and cannot be guaranteed by the operator. The hotels are in prime locations to maximise the chances of seeing them. Keep in mind that the best time to see them is from September to April, depending on the weather conditions.
Ice caves are a dynamic ever-changing natural phenomenon only accessible during winter time when temperatures drop below zero. Each year new unique caves are formed in different areas of the glacier. We visit a naturally formed ice cave during this tour. The photos on our website and social medias are from this winter season, but the ice cave we visit might have changed of appearance due to the dynamic nature of these formations.

Northern Lights sightings are a natural seasonal occurrence and not a guaranteed guided tour included in our multi-day packages.

After a long flight, enjoy a relaxing time at the Blue Lagoon geothermal spa while getting to know the other women.

Day 2 - Jan 4 · Monday :

2-Day South Coast, Ice Cave, Glacier Hike & Northern Lights Tour

Day 1: Waterfalls, Glacier Adventure & Northern Lights

Depart from Reykjavík on an incredible journey along Iceland's stunning South Coast. This tour combines visits to iconic waterfalls with an unforgettable glacier hike and an exciting ice cave experience.

The day culminates with an overnight stay in the peaceful countryside, offering you a fantastic opportunity to search for the mesmerizing Northern Lights (conditions permitting).

Pickup in Reykjavik

Your 2-day adventure begins promptly at 08:00 in Reykjavík. After joining your group, you head east, starting our journey along Iceland’s breathtaking South Coast. This comfortable minibus ride is filled with local stories, safety briefings, and tips from your guide on how to capture the best photos.

Seljalandsfoss Waterfall

Our first stop is Seljalandsfoss, one of Iceland’s most photographed waterfalls. You can walk behind the cascade for a unique perspective. Just remember to bring a raincoat! The thunderous roar and trembling ground make for a dramatic introduction to Iceland’s raw nature.

Skógafoss Waterfall

Continuing east, we reach Skógafoss, a magnificent 60-meter waterfall nestled in a green gorge. Climb the staircase alongside the falls for panoramic views of the South Coast, or admire it from below as mist and rainbows fill the air.

Skaftafell Blue Ice Cave & Glacier Hike

Next, we meet our professional glacier guide at the Troll Meeting point in Hof for a glacier hike and ice cave visit.

Equipped with crampons, ice axes, and helmets, we set out across ancient ice—between 2,000 and 3,000 years old—on the Falljökull glacier. Expect to see crevasses, moulins, and stunning blue ice formations. You’ll also explore a naturally formed ice cave, shimmering in hues of blue. In other months, or if weather prevents ice cave access, the adventure continues with a longer glacier hike.

Note that if conditions at Skaftafell are unsuitable, the experience may take place on the equally beautiful Sólheimajökull glacier.

Important: Please ensure you wear proper clothing and sturdy hiking shoes for this activity.

Accommodation: Gerði Guesthouse (or similar) with Breakfast

After an action-packed day, unwind at a cozy countryside hotel near Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, typically Gerði Guesthouse or similar accommodation on the east side of Iceland’s South Coast. Enjoy a warm meal, relax in peaceful surroundings far from city lights, and prepare for possible Northern Lights viewing right outside your room.

Northern Lights Sightseeing

In the darker months (September to March), the adventure doesn't end after sunset. Since our hotel is located far from city light pollution, we have an excellent chance of spotting the Northern Lights. Your guide will monitor the Aurora forecast and suggest the best viewing spots nearby, inviting you to step out and search for the dancing colors of the Aurora Borealis.

Day 3 - Jan 5 · Tuesday :

2-Day South Coast, Ice Cave, Glacier Hike & Northern Lights Tour

Day 2: Glacier Lagoon, Diamond Beach & Black Sands

We end the journey with some of Iceland’s most breathtaking sights, Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, Diamond Beach, and Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, before heading back to Reykjavík in the evening.

Please note: The daily itinerary is subject to change due to weather, road conditions, and availability of activities. Activates may be moved between days. Your guide will always ensure the best and safest experience possible.

Accommodation: Gerði Guesthouse (or similar)

For Day 2, Your journey will begin from the hotel between 8:00 and 9:00 AM, after you’ve had breakfast. Your guide will confirm the exact departure time and itinerary the evening before.

Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon

This glacial lagoon, up to 200 meters deep, is fed by meltwater from Breiðamerkurjökull, one of Vatnajökull’s outlet glaciers. Massive icebergs drift serenely across the lagoon, creating a constantly changing landscape of blue and white.

Diamond Beach

Just across the road from the lagoon, we find Diamond Beach, where icebergs wash ashore on black volcanic sand, sparkling in the daylight like scattered jewels. The striking contrast between ice and sand makes this a photographer’s dream.

Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach

On our return journey, we visit Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach, where the Atlantic coastline features dramatic, massive waves crashing against unique basalt pillars in the cliffs. In the distance, you can see the cliffs of Dyrhólaey.

Return to Reykjavík

After a final stretch along the South Coast, we return to Reykjavík, with an estimated arrival around 8:00 PM. Actual arrival time may vary depending on weather and road conditions.
